01 / REGULATION
Rules feel abstract.
ESPR and related EU rules are long and technical. We translate the core requirements into clear system needs for your specific products and markets.
// DIGITAL PRODUCT PASSPORTS
New EU rules are making Digital Product Passports mandatory for more and more products. We help Belgian and EU companies build DPPs that are clear, reliable, and useful — not just for compliance, but for your whole product lifecycle.
Based in Leuven — working across the EU.
A Digital Product Passport (DPP) is a digital record linked to a physical product, usually through a QR code or tag. It contains trusted information about what the product is made of, how it was produced, how it can be repaired, reused, or recycled, and how it meets EU rules.
Under the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR), DPPs will become mandatory for more and more product groups (such as batteries, textiles, electronics, and construction materials) from the coming years onward. If you place products on the EU market, including from Belgium, you will need to be ready.
For most organizations, the problem is not willpower. It is that data sits in many different systems, rules keep evolving, and teams already have full plates. We help by turning this puzzle into a clear, step-by-step system.

02 / DATA
Information lives in PLM, ERP, spreadsheets, supplier emails, and more. We design robust data models and integrations so your DPPs stay consistent and up to date.
03 / OPERATIONS
DPPs are not a one-off project. We help you build tools, workflows, and ownership so your teams can run DPPs calmly over many years.
IndriyaTech designs and builds systems that support every step: creating, maintaining, updating, and finally retiring or deleting Digital Product Passports in a controlled way.
We define your product data model, map EU requirements, and design how a DPP is born for each product line, from first pilot to full portfolio.
We integrate with your existing systems (PLM, ERP, supplier portals) so DPP data stays connected to reality instead of living in a silo.
As products, suppliers, and rules change, your DPPs must change too. We build versioning, approvals, and audit trails so updates are safe and traceable.
At end-of-life, some data must be archived, some deleted, and some shared with recyclers. We design controlled processes for the final stage of each passport.
We combine strategic thinking, deep software engineering, and cybersecurity to forge future-proof systems — not just slide decks.
We map your product lines, markets, existing systems, and DPP obligations. This includes where you are active in Belgium and across the EU.
We translate EU rules into a simple target architecture and a roadmap: what to do this quarter, this year, and over the next phases.
We design and implement the DPP services, integrations, and user interfaces your teams actually need, with security built in from the start.
We support you as you roll out to more products, adjust to new EU guidance, and connect more partners into your DPP ecosystem.
No buzzwords, no scare stories. We walk through where you are today, what EU rules mean for you, and what a realistic first step could look like.

The EU is phasing in DPP requirements by product group over the coming years. If you make or sell products like batteries, textiles, electronics, or building materials in the EU, now is the right time to prepare — before timelines become tight.
Yes. Many of the companies most affected are industrial and manufacturing groups, not software companies. Our role is to bring strong engineering and security so you can focus on your core business.
We are based in Belgium and work across the EU. We understand the local context while designing systems that work across borders, suppliers, and markets.
